This document sets out all the terms for using the okbk platform. Please read the entire document carefully before opening an account.
What's in this document
General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the okbk platform and all its services. By creating an account on okbk or using the platform, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use this platform.
okbk is an online casino and betting platform that provides live casino, slot games, cricket betting, and other entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. Our platform operates with SSL encryption and guaranteed fair play.
These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use the okbk platform. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21 to create an account. We may request identity documents for age verification at any time.
2.2 Registration Process
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. okbk reserves the right to cancel any account if false or misleading information is provided. Each person may operate only one account.
2.3 Verification
okbk reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, and location at any time. When verification is requested, the required documents must be submitted within the specified timeframe.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your okbk account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone and change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the support team immediately.
3.2 Closing an Account
Users may request to close their account at any time. Any eligible balance in the account at the time of the request will be returned. However, bonus-related terms and conditions will apply.
3.3 Account Suspension or Cancellation
okbk reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account for the following reasons:
- Breach of any of these Terms
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Providing false information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
The following mobile banking methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals at okbk: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. However, additional time may be required during the verification process or in cases of unusual transactions.
4.4 Transaction Verification
For large withdrawal requests, okbk reserves the right to verify identity and source of funds. Failure to provide the required information may delay the withdrawal process.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
Bonus funds may only be used for games and betting on the okbk platform. Bonuses cannot be transferred to another person. Winnings associated with a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
5.4 Bonus Cancellation
okbk reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms is established. Winnings derived from the bonus may also be cancelled in such cases.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Confirmation
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details carefully before placing a bet. In the event of a bet being placed incorrectly due to a technical error, the decision of the okbk authority shall be final.
6.2 Game Results
All game results on okbk are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) and live dealer systems. Regular checks are carried out to ensure fair play. Neither users nor staff have any ability to influence results.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, the okbk authority will make a decision based on the circumstances. In such cases, the bet may be refunded.
6.4 Sports Betting
The odds displayed by okbk will apply for cricket and other sports betting. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to okbk's rules.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbk platform:
- Fraud, cheating, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
- Unauthorised access to another user's account
- Stealing information or data from the platform
- Using third-party payment methods
- Spreading false information in the name of okbk

The game software used on okbk is the intellectual property of various recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. All rights relating to this software belong to the respective providers.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 Service Continuity

12.2 Acceptance of Changes
